3. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies (cannot be disabled): Required for session management, security, fraud prevention, and CSRF protection. The platform cannot operate without these. Examples: qnc_session (session id), qnc_csrf (CSRF token), cf_clearance (Cloudflare bot protection), qnc_locale (language). Functional Cookies (optional): Remember preferences such as theme, favorite pairs, dashboard layout. Examples: qnc_theme, qnc_favorites, qnc_layout. Analytics Cookies (optional — anonymized): Collect anonymized data such as page visits, user paths, error rates. Provider: Vercel Analytics. Marketing Cookies (optional — explicit consent): Activated only with your explicit approval. Used for measuring ad effectiveness and personalization. OFF by default.

4. Third-Party Cookies

QNC Exchange uses cookies of the following third-party service providers. Each provider's own privacy policy applies: • Cloudflare — DDoS protection, CDN (Essential) • Vercel — Hosting and analytics (Essential + Analytics) • Stripe — Payment infrastructure (Essential, only on payment pages) • Brevo — Email delivery tracking (Marketing, optional) • Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot verification (Essential)

5. Cookie Management and Your Preferences

Cookie Preference Center: Use the "Cookie Preferences" button in the bottom-left corner of the page to open or close cookie categories anytime. Browser Management: You can also manage cookies from your browser settings — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera. Warning: If you block essential cookies the platform will not work; you cannot log in or trade.

6. Regional Consent Rules

EU / UK (GDPR + ePrivacy) — Opt-In model: All non-essential cookies are off until you actively give consent. Via the banner you can select "Accept All", "Only Essential", or "Customize". California (CCPA/CPRA) — Opt-Out model: Marketing cookies run by default, but you can disable them anytime via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. Brazil (LGPD) — Explicit consent required, opt-in model same as the EU. Canada (PIPEDA) — Explicit or implied consent, varies by cookie type. Other regions — Your browser settings are treated as default preference.

7. Cookie Security

• All cookies are transmitted over HTTPS (Secure flag) • Sensitive cookies are marked HttpOnly — JavaScript cannot access them • Protection against cross-site attacks with SameSite=Lax/Strict • Session cookies are automatically deleted on successful logout or inactivity

8. Policy Updates and Contact
